In 1981, Kay transitioned from the role of Respiratory Care Department Director to assume a sales position with a national distributor of medical equipment and supplies. For over 33 years, she has successfully represented and sold a variety of healthcare products and services. In several of her positions she also managed the sales and operations staff within her branch.
Kay’s current responsibilities at J&A include forging new client partnerships and maintaining and building upon existing client relationships. Kay has been responsible for establishing new strategic business partnerships between J&A and other healthcare services firms and once established, she is responsible for the sales of J&A’s services as well as those of J&A’s strategic business partners.
Kay has an Associate Degree in Applied Science-Respiratory Care and was registered through the National Board for Respiratory Care. Kay has successfully completed various sales training programs and has received numerous sales awards throughout her sales career. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
